José Manuel Ramos Rincón (ORCID: 0000-0002-6501-9867) is a full professor in the Department of Clinical Medicine at Miguel Hernández University, Elche, and a physician in the Department of Internal Medicine at Dr. Balmis General University Hospital—Alicante Institute for Health and Biomedical Research (ISABIAL), Alicante, Spain. His main line of research focuses on viral respiratory infections, with extensive experience in COVID-19 and numerous publications on the subject in the international scientific literature.
