I am an Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Trento, where I teach general sociology and the sociology of consumption. My research focuses on civic participation, social change, sustainable consumption, social movements, food governance, and eco-social innovations. I have coordinated projects such as the H2020 FOOdIVERSE and the PRIN Making Food Democracy, and I actively promote participatory and transdisciplinary approaches like Living Labs. As a founding member of the CoACT research unit, I work with public institutions and civil society to advance inclusive governance. I hold a national qualification as a full professor in three sociology sectors and serve as co-coordinator of the ESA’s RN05 Sociology of Consumption.
