Muthuramalingam Thangaraj is currently working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, SRM Institute of Science and Technology. His primary areas of research are unconventional machining processes and mechatronics. He has published many of his research papers in the areas of EDM, ECM, AWJM, LBM processes, optimization approaches, and manufacturing automation and control. He has been listed among the top 2% of scientists worldwide by Stanford University, USA.
