Lili Xu is an associate professor at Central China Normal University. She is a Doctor of Philosophy graduate from the State Key Laboratory of Resources and Environmental Information Systems, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She studied at Wageningen University &Research from 2019 to 2021 as a postdoc. She hosts several national projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) project and the National Scholarship Council of China (NSCC) project. For years, Lili has worked on land cover change monitoring and time-series remote sensing datasets analysis. Her current research interests focus on 1) remote sensing of the environment change 2) Fractional vegetation cover retrieval, and 3) global crop monitoring;4) global food security.
