Prof. Raffaele Saladino

Raffaele Saladino is chair professor in Organic Chemistry and CEO at the University of Tuscia, Viterbo (Italy). His areas of research are focused on organic synthesis, with particular attention to the chemistry of natural substances. After graduating in chemistry, he received the PhD in Chemical Sciences at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and continued his formation at the University of Montreal (Canada). Raffaele Saladino is author of more than 200 publications in international magazines. He is member of the Programme Advisory Committee (PAC) of Joint Institute of Nuclear Research (Moscow, Russia) for radiation biology and President of the Italian Society of Astrobiology (SIA).
