Luciana Oliveira is a full professor at ISCAP - Accounting and Business School of Polytechnic of Porto and a researcher at CEOS.PP (the Centre for Organizational and Social Studies of P.Porto) and CEI-ISCAP (the Centre for Intercultural Studies of P.Porto). She holds a PhD in communication, and her research interests include social media communication, the design of social media content strategies, audience analysis, disinformation and misinformation, social network analysis (SNA) and sentiment/emotion analysis. She has published relevant work in these domains and has been supervising several MSc students in the domain of social media, communication, e-learning and information systems. She serves as a reviewer and member of the editorial review board for several international conferences and journals and is an associate editor of the International Journal of Technology and Human Interaction and the International Journal of Technological Advancements.
