Adriana Păucean works as a professor at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Food Science and Technology, Romania, where she received her Ph.D. in Food Biotechnology and Habilitation. She also holds a bachelor's degree  in Food Science and Technology from "The Lower Danube" University Galati, Romania.Her research interests are wheat production, the bakery industry, food engineering, bread and pastry products and quality wheat.
