ABRAR H. HASHMI earned his M.Sc. degree in electronics from the Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad, and M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Capital University of Science and Technology Islamabad, Pakistan. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree from the Capital University of Science and Technology Islamabad, Pakistan. His area of interests include control systems, Optimization, Water Resources Management and Artificial Intelligence.
