Was born in Abadia dos Dourados–MG, Brazil, in 1974. He graduated in Electrical Engineering in 1999, MSc degree in 2002 and DSc degree in 2007, all from Federal University of Uberlândia–Brazil. He is presently an Electrical Engineering lecturer at Federal University of São Francisco Valley. His research interests include: Power Electronics, Power System Dynamics, Power Quality and Alternative Energy Sources.
