Biography
My core research interest is in understanding the mechanism of genome reorganisation in Paramecium tetraurelia, an amazing unicellular eukaryote model system. I have been focusing on the role of nucleosome positioning and chromatin remodellors necessary to mediate the elimination of repeat sequences during the sexual life cycle of ciliates.
