Abdul Latif Ahmad earned his B.E. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of Wales, Swansea, U.K. He completed his PhD study from the University of Wales, specializing in membrane technology. He recently works as a Professor at the School of Chemical Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He is also a Professional Engineer, a Chartered Engineer, and a fellow of IChemE, U.K. and an internationally renowned and acclaimed award-winning researcher in membrane science and technology, receiving a total of 59 personal achievements, including Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz International Prize for water by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Merdeka Award. His research interests focus on Membrane Technology, Wastewater Engineering, Separation Process, Adsorption Technolgy.
