I am currently an Adjunct Professor at the State University of Paraná (UNESPAR), União da Vitória Campus, where I am affiliated with the Department of Biological Sciences. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of Paraná (UNESPAR), União da Vitória Campus. I obtained my Master's degree in Biology, with a specialization in Biodiversity and Conservation in Fragmented Habitats, from the State University of Londrina (UEL), where my research focused on the ecology and conservation of Neotropical bats. I also hold a PhD from the same university and graduate program, with research focusing on the influence of environmental changes on functional traits and defaunation rates in terrestrial mammal communities. Additionally, my research investigates the environmental impacts of non-native species introductions and their effects on native species in both terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems.
