I am currently a Biotechnology student at Ikiam University. I am focused on the bioinformatic study of antimicrobial peptides, especially on how the physicochemical properties of peptides can be important descriptors for the design in silico of new AMPs. I am interested in the possible use of AMPs in neglected diseases such as leishmaniasis and in general, I am dedicated to the manipulation, statistical treatment and visualization of data in R and Python.
