My academic adventure started in the autumn of 2017 when I became a Ph.D. student at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca focusing my attention on electromagnetic field modeling techniques. My research field includes the following topics: - Gas Insulated Substation's transient behavior analysis through novel techniques developed at Technical University of Cluj-Napoca - Electromagnetic interferences between metallic pipelines and high voltage power lines through numerical modeling techniques (circuit theory and electromagnetic theory approaches). - applied mathematics -advanced user of XGSLab software. My Ph.D. thesis is a result of several successful collaborations with an Italian company, the owners and developers of XGSLab software SINT Ingegneria, and with professor Hassan Nouri from the University of the West of England, Bristol. I look forward to continuing my research in my interest fields and I will always be open to new collaborations
