Postdoctoral researcher in socio-ecological interactions. My interests are connectivity, alignment, and evidence synthesis of social-ecological systems (SES). Currently, I am evaluating the effect of environmental conflicts and lack of good governance on coastal SES. I actively collaborate with academics across Latin America in evidence synthesis research. I have taught sustainability at UTCH (Colombia) and Universidad de Guadalajara (Mexico). My students use data science, mental models, and network analysis to solve sustainability challenges.
