My research focus is on plant protection, genetic diversity and Omani plant landraces with a specific interest in phytoplasma disease agents, mostly because phytoplasmas diseases of many economic crops such as lime and alfalfa are currently destroying infected crop productions in Oman and adjacent countries. I received my PhD degree from Sultan Qaboos University in 2018.
