Prof. Dr. Amir Benzaoui received a bachelor's degree (June 2009) and a master's degree (June 2011) in Computer Science from Annaba University (Algeria); a Ph.D. degree (May 2015) in Electronics from Guelma University (Algeria); and a Habilitation to Conduct Research (HDR) (April 2018) in Electronics from Annaba University. From 2015 to 2020, he was an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Bouira University (Algeria). Currently, he is a Full Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Skikda University (Algeria). His research interests include biometrics, computer vision, and artificial intelligence. He has conducted several research projects with international collaborations on these topics, and is currently a Guest Editor of five Special Issues of WoS journals. He has published articles in conferences and peer-reviewed journals and serves as a reviewer/editor for several WoS journals.
