PhD in Food Science (FEA/UNICAMP, 2026). MSc in Cell and Structural Biology (IB/UNICAMP, 2021), Bachelor (2021) and Licensed (2019) in Biological Sciences (IB/UNICAMP). Research experience in microbiology, probiotics, foodborne pathogens, bacterial virulence factors, bioactive compounds, neurobiology, and the gut-brain axis.
