Biography

My professional trajectory as a registered nurse has been developed across emergency care settings, with specialized focus on quality assurance, research, and healthcare management. With comprehensive training in quality improvement and healthcare administration, I currently pursue doctoral studies in process mining, representing a convergence of my clinical expertise with advanced data analytics methodologies. My research interests center on two interconnected domains: pain management optimization and process mining applications for enhancing patient care delivery. Through process mining techniques, I investigate healthcare workflows to identify inefficiencies, reduce variability, and improve patient outcomes. My work specifically examines how data-driven approaches can transform pain management protocols, streamline emergency department processes, and support evidence-based clinical decision-making. This multidisciplinary approach combines my extensive clinical experience with cutting-edge computational methods, aiming to bridge the gap between frontline healthcare delivery and innovative quality improvement strategies. My research contributes to the evolving field of healthcare informatics, with particular emphasis on translating complex data insights into practical, patient-centered care improvements.
