Angelo Rosa, Ph.D. is a Professor of Lean Organization and of Strategy and Organization in Public Administration (SECS - P/10) at the Department of Management, Finance and Technology (MFT) of LUM Giuseppe Degennaro University in Casamassima (BA). He is the Director and Scientific Coordinator of I and II Level University Master's in Public and Health Management at the School of Management of the LUM University, where he is also the Director of the Value Labs on Lean Organization, HR Human Capital, and VBHC. His areas of research specialization are the application of Lean organization with specialization in health services; performance measurement and evaluation in the public and health sector; implementation of Value-Based Management in healthcare; new predictive organizational models.
