My research and academic interests focus on applied strength and conditioning, athlete development, and the translation of sport science into coaching practice. I am particularly interested in how mechanical, physiological, and analytical principles can be used to inform training, testing, monitoring, and return-to-performance decisions. My work also explores performance profiling, strength and power development, and change-of-direction performance, and the use of individualised data to support evidence-informed decision-making in applied sport environments.
