I am a Master’s degree holder and doctoral student with research interests in microbiology, molecular genetics, antimicrobial resistance, and medical genomics. My work focuses on the characterization of bacterial isolates and the detection of antibiotic resistance determinants using molecular genetic approaches, whole-genome sequencing. I am also involved in genetic research projects related to inherited and rare diseases, including brain arteriovenous malformations and Alport syndrome. I am affiliated with the National Center for Biotechnology and L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
