Prof. Dr. Bo Luo is an Associate Professor at the Yantai Research Institute, Harbin Engineering University, Yantai, China. He received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, in 2014 and 2020, respectively. From 2018 to 2019, he was a joint Ph.D. student with the University of Auckland in Auckland, New Zealand. After that, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China from 2022 to 2023. He joined Harbin Engineering University as an Associate Professor in 2023. His research is mainly focused on radio energy transmission technology.
