Biography
Gerrit BORCHARD is a licensed pharmacist and obtained his Ph.D. in pharmaceutical technology from the University of Frankfurt (Germany). He is currently a Professor at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Western Switzerland, University of Geneva. His research interests mainly focus on macromolecular drug formulation and delivery, development of nucleic-acid based vaccines and nanomedicine.
