Changjun He received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2020, and a Ph.D. degree in Control Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2025. Dr. Changjun He is currently a lecturer in the School of Electrical and Power Engineering at Hohai University. Her research focuses on the stability control of inverter-based resources, the control of power systems with a high penetration of renewable energy sources, and the application of AI in power systems. She was the recipient of the IEEE Best Paper Award, the IEEE Outstanding Reviewer Award, and the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the China Electrotechnical Society.
