I'm a PhD candidate at the Department of Energy of Politecnico di Milano, where i'm currently developing a thesis entitled “A dynamic energy modelling-based methodology for setting optimal building energy renovation contracts.” My research lies at the intersection of building energy modelling, urban-scale simulation, and sustainable renovation strategies.
I previously held a research fellowship in the same department, focusing on energy modelling at the building and city scale through data-driven and physics-based simulation approaches. My work included calibration and validation using real performance data, as well as the definition of KPIs and methodological frameworks for large-scale energy analysis.
I holds an MSc in Building Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, where my thesis compared Urban Building Energy Modelling tools for scenario evaluation and decarbonisation planning. I also gained international experience during an academic exchange at Aarhus University, Denmark, specialising in resilient buildings and integrated façade engineering.
My work is oriented in leveraging advanced simulation, scenario analysis, and digital tools to inform policy and decision-making.
