Claudia Cecilia Astudillo-Sánchez is a doctor in agricultural sciences and natural resources. Her research interests include all aspects of dendrochronology, paleoclimate from tree rings, climate variability, climate change, drought, forest ecology and natural resource management and conservation. Claudia is conducting active research on the relationship between tree growth and climate to study the climate variability and change over the Common Era and the interaction between past climate and human society.
