Master and Doctor in Health Sciences graduated from the PPG Faculty of Medicine of the Federal University of Mato Grosso in the area of Infectious, Tropical and Parasitic Diseases with an emphasis on Medical, Veterinary and Environmental Mycology (2010/2015). Research line: Fungal Infections in Human and Veterinary Medicine, Entomology, Zoology, Parasitology and Microbiology of pathogenic organisms. He is currently developing research in the area of Health and Environment. In the area of Microbiology, working with medical and environmental Mycology (Diagnosis and Taxonomy) working with Dermatophyte fungi, yeasts of clinical and environmental importance, Hospital fungal infections, emerging fungi, pathogenicity and virulence factors of yeasts, antifungal sensitivity, molecular biology, microbiome and mycobiome. Member of the CNPq “Pathogenic Yeasts” research group. Reviewer of national and international journals. Support to the LACEN/MT laboratory in laboratory analyzes of Acute Diarrheal Syndromes and Icteric Hemorrhagic Syndrome consolidated with PAHO (Pan American Health Organization) and WHO (World Health Organization). Post-doctorate in Fungal Infections (2022/2023).
