Dr David Moreno-Hernández is a researcher at the Center for Research in Optics (CIO) in Mexico. Before joining CIO as a researcher, he held a two-year postdoctoral position in the mechanical engineering department at Florida State University. The research interests of Dr. Moreno include the development of optical instrumentation for fluid flow analysis.
