Dr. Devika Chithrani is a Full Professor at the Department of Biomedical Physics, University of Victoria, Canada. She received her BSc from the University of Colombo and received her MSc, PhD, and NSERC Postdoctoral Fellowship from the University of Toronto. She has been the recipient of many fellowships from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada during her graduate and post-doctoral work. Her passion is to develop smart nanomaterials to improve existing cancer therapeutics.
