Emmanouil Markoulakis is a Post Doc (PhD) and Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU). He received his PhD from the same department in 2022, MPhil from the Technical University of Crete (TUC) in 2011 in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and MSc in VLSI Systems Engineering in 1995 and BEng(Hons) in Electronic Systems Engineering in 1994 from the University of Manchester, UK.
