The purpose of this study is extended the TOPSIS method based on interval-valued fuzzy set in decision analysis. After the introduction of TOPSIS method by Hwang and Yoon in 1981, this method has been extensively used in decision-making, rankings also in optimal choice. Due to this fact that uncertainty in decision-making and linguistic variables has been caused to develop some new approaches based on fuzzy-logic theory. Indeed, it is difficult to achieve the numerical measures of the relative importance of attributes and the effects of alternatives on the attributes in some cases. In this paper to reduce the estimation error due to any uncertainty, a method has been developed based on interval-valued fuzzy set. In the suggested TOPSIS method, we use Shannon entropy for weighting the criteria and apply the Euclid distance to calculate the separation measures of each alternative from the positive and negative ideal solutions to determine the relative closeness coefficients. According to the values of the closeness coefficients, the alternatives can be ranked and the most desirable one(s) can be selected in the decision-making process.
The main aim of this paper is to use the modified generalized Kudryashov technique to accurately represent the traveling wave solutions for (2 + 1)‐dimensional paraxial and (4 + 1)‐dimensional Fokas wave equations with truncated M‐fractional derivative. Symbolic computation is utilized to present soliton solutions with different physical properties and specific parameters. Additionally, visual representations such as 3‐dimensional, 2‐dimensional, contour, and density surfaces are provided for some of the reported data. The effectiveness of the modified generalized Kudryashov approach is demonstrated by the findings presented in this paper.
In this work, we use two different analytic schemes which are the Sine-Gordon expansion technique and the modified exp -expansion function technique to construct novel exact solutions of the non-linear Schrödinger equation, describing gravity waves in infinite deep water, in the sense of conformable derivative. After getting various travelling wave solutions, we plot 3D, 2D and contour surfaces to present behaviours obtained exact solutions.
In this study, the modification of the concept of exponentially convex function, which is a general version of convex functions, given on the coordinates, is recalled. With the help of an integral identity which includes the Riemann-Liouville (RL) fractional integral operator, new Hadamard-type inequalities are proved for exponentially convex functions on the coordinates. Many special cases of the results are discussed.
