Professor of the Department of Theory and History of Education and Methods of Research and Diagnosis in Education at the University of Malaga (Spain). PhD from the University of Malaga since 2013. Master in training and technologies for e-learning by the University of Seville. University expert in technologies for e-learning: Tools for on-line training, as well as Expert in tutoring and teaching in e-learning also by the University of Seville. Degree in Psychology from the University of Malaga. I belong to the research group "Innovation and Inclusive Educational Development" (HUM -1009). I have worked in non-formal training, specifically teaching classroom training courses of the Junta de Andalucía, as well as online trainer of different courses in virtual platforms. In the field of Psychology I have worked in Personnel Selection, in different companies, as well as in clinical psychology in attention to disadvantaged groups. Author (until 2022) of 70 productions (5 books, 37 book chapters and 28 journals) in renowned publishers, as well as articles in journals of recognized relevance. Co-director of 5 doctoral theses. I have taught several Masters at UNIR and, at present, I teach undergraduate and Masters at the University of Malaga. I have conducted research in several universities in Spain, Peru, and Mexico. I have participated in several R + D + i projects funded by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (AECID) and the regional administration
