Prof. Ferdinando Di Martino

Prof. Ferdinando Di Martino is a professor of computer science at the Department of Architecture of the Federico II University of Naples. He is a member of the teaching staff of the national doctorate in artificial intelligence and environment/agrifood sector and a member of the European Society for Fuzzy Logic And Technology (EUSFLAT) research working group on soft computing in image processing. His main research field concerns the development of fuzzy-based models and approaches of computational intelligence in data, spatial data, and image analysis (for the list of publications, see Di Martino, Ferdinando–Author details–Scopus, Ferdinando Di Martino–Google Scholar). He is an associate editor of the international journals Soft Computing, Advances in Computational Intelligence, Advances in Fuzzy Systems, and the Journal of Cybernetics and Cyber-Physical Systems. He was also a guest editor on the special issues of several international computational intelligence journals.
