I am Fiaz Hussain from Pakistan. I finished my B.Sc. (Agricultural Engineering) with a gold medal award in 2012. I got M.Sc. (Water Resources Engineering) in 2015 from the Centre of Excellence in Water Resources Engineering. For PhD, I availed scholarship of National Central University, Taiwan in 2017 and got a PhD in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Water Resources Engineering in September 2020. The focus of research is the use of physically-based hydrological/hydraulic models such as HEC-HMS, SWAT, WASH123D, and HEC-RAS for hydrogeological parameters estimation, surface water-groundwater interaction modelling, flood forecasting, and soil and water conservation. However, I have a wide range of research interests including watershed hydrology, rainwater harvesting, GIS application in water resources engineering.
