Researcher at INTA (National Agricultural Technology Institute of Argentina), a position I obtained through a highly competitive selection process. Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the School of Exact and Natural Sciences – University of Buenos Aires (UBA). My primary areas of interest are phytopathology, molecular biology and plant breeding. I have conducted research on plant genes, focusing on enhancing plant resistance against pathogens in two distinct pathosystems: Solanum sp. – Pseudomonas syringae, through the study of Kinase Proteins associated with specific immunity; and Citrus sp. – Xanthomonas citri, by analyzing antimicrobial peptides for their broad-spectrum immunity.
