I am a passionate researcher in Molecular Biomedicine with a multidisciplinary background spanning medical laboratory sciences, microbiology, immunology, and experimental pharmacology-toxicology. My currents researchs focus on the Microbiome & One Health approach, investigating the role of probiotics, postbiotics, and extracellular vesicles in modulating inflammation, intestinal barrier integrity, host–microbe interactions, and colorectal cancer. I am particularly interested in understanding how natural products and microbial-derived compounds can contribute to innovative therapeutic strategies targeting inflammatory bowel diseases, colorectal cancer, obesity, metabolic syndrome and infectious diseases, and antimicrobial resistance. With a strong interest in translational research, I aim to bridge fundamental science and clinical applications.
