Dr. Giulia De Simone is a highly analytical Post-Doctoral Researcher . Her extensive scientific career at the CNR (National Research Council) and the Mario Negri Institute (IRCCS) has focused on developing and applying advanced mass spectrometry (MS)-based Omics strategies—specifically Lipidomics, Metabolomics, and Proteomics. Her research expertise centers on defining molecular networks and identifying metabolic trajectories associated with complex human conditions, including severe hypercholesterolemia, oncology, and neurodegenerative disorders. This experience complements her research in defining the phytochemical and biological characterization of plant-derived products.
