Dr. Hassina Harkat received a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Batna, Algeria in 2008. After an Associate Professor position at the University of Batna, she was promoted in 2015 to Professor at the Pharmacy Department, Faculty of Medicine, at the University Batna 2, Algeria. Her areas of research focus on the development of methods for the synthesis of biomolecules and on the phytochemical investigation and biological evaluation of medicinal plants.
