He serves as a review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China and for the Ministry of Education, and is a youth editorial board member for two Chinese core journals, Journal of Henan University of Technology and Journal of Nuclear Agricultural Sciences. He also acts as a peer reviewer for journals such as Trends in Food Science and Technology. Selected Academic Contributions Dr. Wang’s research focuses on green food preservation technologies, active food packaging, natural product extraction, and functional delivery systems.
