Julio is an economist engineer with a specialization in public investment projects, from the National University of the Altiplano-Peru, with a Master's in Regional Development and Environment from the University of Valparaíso-Chile. Julio completed a doctoral program in economics and public policy from the National University of the Altiplano-Peru. Julio has professional training and extensive experience in regional development, environment, public investment projects with the INVIERTE.PE and private focus, environmental planning, management and audit, economic research, economic and social growth, and consulting work. Julio is Professor in the category of full-time Assistant of the Faculty of Economic Engineering of the National University of the Altiplano, with experience in the preparation and publication of scientific articles in national and international high-impact magazines such as Scopus, Web of Science, Scielo, among others.
