Jarosław Górecki received his PhD in civil engineering from the University of Science and Technology in Bydgoszcz in 2014, and has been pursuing Associate Professor position since 2025. He has collaborated with University of Jaen (Spain), University of Granada (Spain), University of Clermont Auvergne (France), and Politechnical University of Valencia (Spain). In 2022, he was granted a French Government Scholarship to the Centre d'études et de recherches sur le développement International (CERDI) at the University of Clermont Auvergne. His research topics mainly include: circular economy, project management, cost engineering, sustainability and computational methods applied in management.
