Jun He, Associate Professor, holds a Ph.D. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology and currently works at the School of Civil Engineering, Chang’an University. His research focuses primarily on structural reinforcement and the development of new concrete materials. He has published over 20 academic papers, led more than 10 research projects, and contributed to the compilation of 4 national/industry standards.
