Jorge Morato, Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, holds a PhD in Computer Science from the same institution. His doctoral thesis focused on AI algorithms for the construction of knowledge organisation systems in science. He has led projects in knowledge management, natural language processing, and web technologies, and has published extensively on these topics. As a teacher he focuses on computer science, web technologies, and knowledge management. He also actively participates in academic research groups analysing real-world applications.
