Research in the Brown lab largely focuses on toxicological responses to environmental and occupational exposures. We are interested in non-IgE mast cell responses by environmental exposures; role of particle exposures in development of chronic kidney disease of unknown etiology; lung injury and therapeutic development to chemical threat agents; and redox regulation of immune responses.
