Dr. Jianfei Kang is a Lecturer in the Department of Engineering Mechanics, School of Civil Engineering, Suzhou University of Science and Technology. He holds a Ph.D. degree and works in the fields of structural vibration control, intelligent disaster prevention for engineering structures, and resilience of energy infrastructure. His research interests include wind turbines, inerter-based structural vibration control, multi-hazard resilience, and wind-induced vibration control. He has published research articles in journals such as Engineering Structures, Structural Control and Health Monitoring, Earthquake Engineering & Structural Dynamics, Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering, Structures, and Measurement.
