Deputy Head at the Pediatric Emergency Department, Geneva University Hospitals, Switzerland, since 2008. He received his medical degree in 2005 from the University of Geneva and earned his degree (thesis) of Doctor in Medicine in 2008. He completed his fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at the Geneva Children's Hospital in 2015 and obtained the National Swiss Board in Pediatric Emergency Medicine as well as the ATLS certification and the PALS Instructor certification. His current research is mainly focused on bridging information technologies and pediatric emergency medicine. He is member of the scientific committee of the GFRUP, Swiss Medical Society, Swiss Society of Pediatrics, Swiss Society of Pediatric Emergency Medicine, and has published over 30 scientific papers in international scientific journals. He has been awarded by the Pfizer 2020 Research Award, the 2017 International Award from the International Hospital Federation, and several awards for innovation projects, including for the PIMPmyHospital project.
