Dr. Jose Antonio Contente

José Contente has a Master in Methodology of Science Education, he is PhD. student of the Institute of Education of the University of Lisbon, Portugal (IEULisbon). He also teaches Master´s degree in teaching didactics of science education in University of Azores-Portugal. He was Regional Secretary for Science and Technology of the Government of the Azores-Portugal (1996/2012), and he is Member (deputy) of the Legislative Assembly in the Autonomous Region of the Azores - Portugal. José Contente is Member of the Scientific Committee - Competitive Intelligence Magazine-:S. Paulo, Brazil, Member of the Ibero-American Association Science-Technology-Society in Science Education , and Member of the Association Francophone Internationale de Recherche Scientifique en Education. Her research focuses on inquiry, STEM education, and technology education.
