Teaching, Research and associated organizational development interventions are my lifetime passions. The outbreak of COVID 19 Pandemic, the global lock downs and social distancing has enhanced the need for digitization at present and not just as a futuristic option. This way the transformation to fourth industrial revolution will expedite in post COVID 19 era. It will drastically change the workplace, from desiring knowledge enriched graduates towards employing hi-skilled and emotionally intelligent ones and universities will not be an exception for this phenomena. A teacher will not merely be disseminating knowledge, rather he has to equip himself with innovative ways of e-learning, giving and sharing himself for human good in the changed world. Universities will strategically invest on capacity building of their faculty and administration to cope up with the pace of such dynamics. Currently, I am working as a senior faculty member at the Deptt of Management Sciences in University of Haripur, Khyber Pukhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Previously, I was Head of Department at the prestigious National Defence University. The Deptt of Leadership and Management Studies has climbed up the ladder of excellence and achieved best performance award during my tenure. Earlier, I was Head of Research at faculty of Management Sciences, RIPHAH Int’l University, evolved the Research Agenda, scored highest score in research for NBEAC Accreditation and achieved Highest Grant Achiever Award.
