Dr. Yuan is a lecturer and postdoctoral researcher at Northwest University. He obtained his Ph.D. from Chang'an University in 2023 and conducted a two-year academic visit at Politecnico di Milano during his Ph.D. studies. His current research interests focus on the physical and mechanical properties of improved loess and the microstructural mechanisms underlying these improvements. To date, he has authored or co-authored over 30 academic publications and is the principal investigator of a project funded by the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation.
